I've been waiting for my gas to be cut on since 11/2/2017 the rep i spoke with her name is brie she told me that nothing was posted up to my account I said okay thank you and call back the next day this time when I called I spoke to the same person her name was brie and she's told me that she was scheduling me for a date that was three days away which was the 10th of October I was upset but I took her offer and taking the 10th of October because I didn't want to go anymore days without being scheduled why she put me on hold she hung up I assume she knew the schedule the appointment so when I call back on the 10th cuz I have been waiting all day they told me she was never scheduled because they think I hung up so now they're saying I have to wait another 3 days so now I'm on my way into the 15th but they got paid on the 2nd now the mandatory way is the next business day why am I waiting a whole 7 Days Later it's not fair and it don't make sense I have a 4 month old baby at home
